Bills Issued By: January 15th
Payment Due By: February 15th
Meter readings begin on or about April 1st
(For usage from January 1st to April 1st)
Bills Issued By: April 15th
Payment Due By: May 15th
Meter readings begin on or about July 1st
(For usage from April 1st to July 1st)
Bills Issued By: July 15th
Payment Due By: August 15th
Meter readings begin on or about October 1st
(For usage from July 1st to October 1st)
Bills Issued By: October 15th
Payment Due By: November 15th
** PLEASE BE AWARE: Failure to receive your water and/or sewer bill shall not be considered an excuse for nonpayment (ECTA Rates, Rules and Regulations, Section VIII, B). Give us a call if you do not receive your bill within a few days after the mailed by date, and we will send you another copy of your bill.
ATTENTION TENANTS: The Authority's policy is to bill the Property Owner (ECTA Rates, Rules and Regulations, Section VII).
