Street Light Not Working?

Call PPL at 1-800-342-5775 and give the following information:

  1. The pole number
  2. The problem
  3. Closest street number and street name
  4. Township, Borough, County

Or call East Cocalico Township (717) 336-1720 and staff will submit it for you.

  • Pole numbers are two 5-digit numbers; with the one number starting with the letter “S”.
  • Problem with light, please state if the light is on/off all of the time, or blinks, or damaged/broken, etc.
